Admissions, Visitation and Discharge
Admissions Process
  • You will review treatment plan with your veterinarian and/or nurse.
  • An estimate will be provided for all treatment plans, and discussed.
  • Pets' belongings will be documented in an attempt to avoid misplacement.
  • Staff will confirm contact details before leaving.
  • Clients must provide a valid payment method (e.g. credit card, cash) to cover the cost of the initial consultation and any recommended treatments.
  • All pets must be properly restrained (e.g. leash, carrier).
  • Aggressive or unruly pets may be required to be sedated or muzzled for the safety of the staff and other clients.
Visitation
  • Visiting hours: 12pm - 2pm, 7pm - 9pm, and by appointment.
  • Each visitation is scheduled for 20 minutes to ensure each patient receives timely treatment.
  • If owners are unable to visit during scheduled visitation hours, a video visit by appointment may be scheduled. Any questions during this video visit may be answered in a separate phone call.
  • Clients will not be allowed to take photos or videos of the hospital area/ staff/ other hospital clients except their own animal(s).
Discharge
  • Scheduled discharge time is between 4-8pm. Other discharge times are by appointment only.
