Rescheduling / Late
  • Clients are requested to provide at least 24-48 hours notice if they need to reschedule an appointment.
  • If arriving more than 15 mins late, there may be an extended wait time for your appointment. Alternatively, we may reschedule your appointment at no charge.
  • Repeated late arrivals or no-shows will be marked in the client's record and may affect their ability to book future appointments.
  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of VetiVa.
  • Clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible if they anticipate being late or need to reschedule.
