Medication Refill Policies
- We will verify the client and pet's information in the medical records system.
- The nurse will call the client and provide instructions for proper medication administration and pick-up date.
- Medication dispensing may take up to 2 to 3 working days.
- Medication refill only apply for VetiVa Clients.
- Urgent refill may incur extra charges.
